The equipment matters just as much as response time for Water Extraction — volume and suction determine how much moisture stays trapped versus how much comes out.
We classify every loss as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction begins, then document readings throughout the job.
Truck-mount extraction is standard equipment on every Davin, WV call, not an upgrade.
Classification testing on every Davin, WV call protects both your property and our technicians.
We use specialty injection systems designed to dry hardwood from underneath rather than defaulting to tear-out.
You get documented proof of extraction progress, not just a technician's word.
Getting water out is only useful if it's done with the right classification and the right tools — here's our Davin process.
High-volume truck-mount units handle standing water across large areas fast.
Water is tested and classified as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction protocol is finalized.
Carpet and pad get separately assessed — pad usually can't be saved, but carpet often can with fast, thorough extraction.
Injection drying systems pull moisture from beneath hardwood planks without pulling up the floor.
We check subfloor moisture at multiple points, not just where the visible water pooled.
Every job closes with a written extraction report showing before-and-after moisture readings.
Tell our Davin, WV dispatcher what happened so the right extraction equipment gets loaded.
A technician heads out immediately with truck-mount or portable units as needed.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
We don't sign off until logged readings hit the target, not just until it looks dry.
"They saved our hardwood floor with an injection drying method instead of ripping it all out. Saved us thousands." — Owen R.
"The moisture readings they gave us before and after made the whole process feel legitimate, not just a guess." — Bianca V.
"Truck-mount extraction cleared our flooded basement way faster than the shop vac approach a different company tried first." — Malik J.
A basic pump-out skips classification testing and moisture documentation that Water Extraction includes.
Often, yes — injection drying pulls moisture from beneath the boards without removing the floor.
We test every Davin, WV job to determine which category applies before extraction.
You'll receive documented extraction logs suitable for insurance or your own records.
As soon as possible — every hour standing water sits increases how deep it penetrates flooring and subfloor.
Documented reports are standard and can be provided directly to your adjuster on request.
