Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Davin crews are already moving. We dispatch Davin units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Davin branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Davin, WV property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Davin roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Davin isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Davin, WV, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Davin, WV-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in Davin who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Davin call at a time.
The most expensive Davin restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Davin team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Davin response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Davin rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Davin homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Davin accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Davin job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Davin drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Davin, WV, most Davin calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
We don't call a job finished until the moisture meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
A short call with our Davin dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
The closest available technician is routed to your Davin property with equipment staged and ready.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Davin job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Davin work order, not just in an ad. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
